DFA is honored to design and provide the architectural services for the future home of Capitol Toyota in San Jose California. The facility will have over 300,000 square feet of building area and will be equipped with the latest building technology. The “green” aspects of this facility have positioned the owner to enjoy numerous sustainable aspects; LED lights throughout, energy efficient storefront systems, low flow plumbing fixtures, storm water retention design throughout the property, automatic light controls and sun shades, energy efficient heating and air conditioning units to name a few. The facility is scheduled to open in 2018.
